- We require the total square footage of building.
- Height and length of log walls (including the length of the protruding corners.)
- Total sq ft of surface to be restored.

Yes they can.  ( Daily clean up Run about for materials, scaffolding, staining. Note our
Warrantee is void on staining if owner does this work.

With recommended products; usually on the south side of home in about 5years. This of course is if you are doing your preventive maintenance every year. This will be cut shorter if you are not doing preventive maintenance on your home appling finish.

We have the equipment and procedures to limit dust reaching your next door neighbor.

This is done usually to the inside wood of a home that may have had oil finishes; applied as an example or the Cambrian layer was never properly peeled and leaving the interior of your home dark and hard to clean.  Northwood Log Homes finishes the inside so the wood is as smooth as glass, very bright, and easy to dust (actually easier than painted walls). The wood is sealed and two or more coats of finish are applied.

Depending on the scope of the work being done this is sometimes the best scenario as inside work does create a very large routine change for the owner. And speeds up the finishing time on the job.

Sometimes small items are moved to centre of room and carefully covered. Items are moved room to room. Often, we have the owners or the movers remove belongings 
too a storage container or attached garage. Northwood will sit down with the owner
too work out a plan.
